US Commercial, LLC is focused on the acquisition, ownership and operation of Self Storage facilities in the United States, currently.
Our facilities stretch from the southeast states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North and South Carolina to Tennessee, Virginia and Texas across to Nevada and California then on to Hawaii.
And we expect new markets to be opened in the coming year.
Our self-storage facilities offer affordable, accessible and secure storage space for residential and commercial customers. There are secure interior and exterior units as well as outside storage areas for vehicles, RVs and boats. In addition to features such as key pad access security gates and video surveillance, our facilities also utilize well trained on-site associates to provide customers with the highest standard of facilities and service in the industry.
